Broward County is home to over 244,000 registered Republican men and women who know what it takes to stand up for their ideals, beliefs, and individual freedoms. We face the adversity of everyday life, not to become overwhelmed, but to show that our success comes from the hardships we face. We seek less government intrusion in our lives, and a greater chance to prove ourselves. Each of us strives to become more than we have already become, to leave a legacy of prosperity and opportunity for our children and our children’s children, and we make no apology to those who seek an easier life. Like the men and women who put their lives on the line each and every day, here and abroad, we will retain the spirit of these United States within our hearts as well as within our minds. It is unending, and each of us will stand taller every time we see the stars and the stripes of our flag waving majestically before us. We feel no shame in pledging our allegiance to a nation founded on the principles of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As with the Declaration of Independence, we will hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal and that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights. As such, we refuse to give in to those who would have us abandon our belief God, and we will defeat those that would seek to deny us and our way of life. We are not the party of the fallen. We are Republicans, and we are back! Welcome to The Broward Republican. We hope that here you can find the voice you need to make yourself heard. We will work to provide you a list of your representatives from the President of the United States all the way down to your local elected officials, as well interviews, and stories of note. It will be a place for you to voice your opinion on topics ranging from taxes to social reform, and from abortion to the separation of church and state. We will help put you in touch with whatever political club or organization might fit you best, and keep you up to date with the latest political happenings in Broward County.
